Q: How many digital photos do I need?
A: For standard Life Posters, there are 98 photos (in portrait orientation) or 100 photos (in landscape orientation). For more information, click here. Or ask us about a custom job!
Q: What's included in the price?
A: Our standard Life Poster pricing includes the design, assembly and printing of your poster, as well as delivery to your door via registered post. Our standard turnaround time (from receipt of your photos to shipping of your poster) is five business days.
Q: Can I have it faster?
A: Sure! Just add the Fast Processing item to your basket. For only $10.00 extra, you get our fastest turnaround time (three business days from receipt of your photos to shipping of your poster) as well as next business day delivery within Australia Post's next business day delivery network.
Q: I have a special request. Do you do custom jobs?
A: Absolutely. Got something special in mind? Want some text added? Let us know!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank deposits and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) via PayPal.
Q: I've chosen my Life Poster size and made my payment. What happens now?
A: Upon completion of your payment, you'll choose how you want to send your digital photos to us. You can put them on a disc and mail them, you can upload them via our site, or you can put them into a Flickr set or Picasa Web Album, which we will download.
Q: Are there any restrictions on what digital photos I can use?
A: As long as they're of sufficient size and quality, and as long as you are the copyright holder or using the photos with permission of the copyright holder, you can use any photo you like.
Q: I'm trying to upload my photos. I pressed Submit, but nothing happened!
A: When you press Submit, your photos are uploaded to our server. The rate at which this happens will depend on your internet connection. Once your upload has been received, you'll see a confirmation page. If you don't see the confirmation page, we don't have your photos!
Q: I didn't receive my confirmation email/payment instructions!
A: Please check your junk mail folder as some stringent spam filters will trap our email.
Q: What if I'm not completely satisfied with my Life Poster?
A: If you're not happy with the quality of our work, simply return your Life Poster to us and we'll refund the purchase price in full.
